摘要
花芽分化是指植物茎尖生长点由分生出叶片、腋芽转变为分化出花序或花朵的过程。其对果树的早实性、丰产性、稳产性具有重要的影响,并且花芽分化的早晚、数量、质量与果实的品质和商品价值也有直接的关系。掌握调控花芽分化的因素和机制,可以为人工调控花期、提高花芽质量提供理论基础。本文主要从组织结构,激素的调控和开花相关基因等方面对核桃的花芽分化进行了概述。
shoot apical meristem growing from leaf and axillary buds to inflorescence and flowers called flower - bud differentiation. Significantly impact on short juvenile, high yield and yield stability, meanwhile, phenophase, quantity, and quality of flower - bud dif- ferentiation appeared direct relationship with the quality and value of the fruits. It can provide a theoretical basis for regulating flowering period , therefore artificially improving flower buds quality by master factors and mechanisms of the flower bud differentiation. In this paper, we elaborated walnut flower -bud differentiation from organizational structure, hormone regulation and flowering genes.
