进出境邮寄物检验检疫的现状与对策

Present Condition and Countermeasures of Inspection and Quarantine of Entry and Exit Mails in Quanzhou Port

随着电子商务和海外代购的发展,进出境邮寄物已成为当前商品流通的重要途径。鉴于此,笔者对泉州口岸进出境邮寄物检验检疫的现状进行了调研,从检验检疫工作、社会环境两个方面分析了存在的问题,提出从提升公众思想意识水平和强化制度建设两方面来进行改进,可有效防止进境邮寄物携带动植物疫情、有害生物、传染病、有毒有害物质传入,以保证国门安全。

With the rapid development of e-commerce and overseas purchasing agency, entry and exit mails have become the important way of current commodity flow. A survey was made on the present condition of the inspection and Quarantine of entry and exit mails of Quanzhou port and problems are discussed from the perspectives of inspection and quarantine, and the social environment. Put forward a solution which contains promoting the public consciousness level and strengthening the system construction, which can effectively prevent import mail carrying the animal or plant epidemic, pest, infectious diseases, poisonous and harmful material incoming, ensure the safety of the country.
