摘要
目的对应用短种植体技术对口腔疾病患者后牙体骨高度不足区域实施种植修复治疗的临床效果进行研究。方法选择84例口腔疾病患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各42例。采用常规种植体对对照组患者的牙体骨高度不足区域实施种植修复治疗;采用短种植体技术对治疗组患者的牙体骨高度不足区域实施种植修复治疗。结果治疗组患者口腔种植修复治疗效果(总有效率92.9%)显著优于对照组(总有效率73.8%);口腔疾病修复治疗期间出现的不良反应(1例)显著少于对照组(7例);口腔功能恢复正常时间(11.33±2.59)d显著短于对照组(16.79±2.54)d;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用短种植体技术对口腔疾病患者后牙体骨高度不足区域实施种植修复治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective On short implant technology on patients with oral diseases of the tooth bone height less than the regional implementation of the planting the clinical effect of the treatment were studied. Methods 84 patients with oral diseases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 42 cases in each group. In the control group, the patients were treated with implant and repair, and the treatment group was treated with short implant technology. Results The treatment effect of the treatment group was signiifcantly better than that of the control group. The adverse reactions during the treatment of oral diseases were signiifcantly less than that of the control group. Conclusion Short implant technology on patients with oral diseases of the tooth bone height less than regional implementation of planting in treatment of clinical effect is very obvious.
