不同职业紧张模式与社区医务人员工作满意度的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解广州市社区医务人员工作满意度状况,探讨不同职业紧张模式与其工作满意度间的关联。方法于2014年1-3月开展横断面调查,采用多阶段分层随机方法抽取广州市24个社区卫生服务中心820名医务人员,共发放问卷820份,回收802份,有效问卷为771份,有效率96.1%。运用工作内容问卷、付出-回报问卷、自制工作满意度问卷进行调查,采用t检验、Pearson线性回归分析、多元分层回归及logistic回归分析。结果社区医务人员工作满意度平均得分为(3.29±0.72)分(满分5分);工作要求-控制模式与付出-回报模式对满意度的解释量均约为42%,合并后对满意度的解释量为54%;付出-回报失衡与工作满意度密切相关(中vs.低:OR=3.747;高vs.低:OR=12.787,P〈0.001)。结论广州市社区医务人员满意度较低,2种紧张模式对满意度预测效能相当,相关部门应采取有效措施改善社区医务人员工作付出-回报失衡现状,提高工作满意度。 Objective To understand the status of job satisfaction among community medical staffs and to explore the relationship between the job satisfaction and different occupational stress modes. Methods With multi-stage stratified random sampling,the medical cross-sectional survey from January to March 2014 was conducted on 820 medical staffs in 24 community health service centers of Guangzhou City,totally 820 questionnaires were issued,in which 802 questionnaires were retrieved,771 questionnaires were effective,with the effective rate of 96.1%,including the job content questionnaire,effort-reward imbalance questionnaire and self-made job satisfaction scale. The data were processed with the t test,Pearson linear regression analysis,multi-variant hierarchical linear regression analysis and logistic regression. Results The average score of job satisfaction among the community medical staffs was(3.29±0.72) points(full marks 5 points). The explain amounts of JDC model and ERI model to job satisfaction all were approximately to 42%,the merged explain amount of satisfaction degree was 54%;the effort-reward imbalance was closely correlated with the job satisfaction(moderate vs. low:OR=3.747;high vs. low:OR=12.787,P0.001). Conclusion The job satisfaction among community medical workers in Guangzhou City is lower. The two kinds of stress model have the similar predictive efficiency to satisfaction. The relevant departments should adopt the effective measures to improve the effort-reward imbalance current status among the community medical staffs for increasing the job satisfaction.
