脑脉利颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA姜黄素人参皂苷Rg1含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立脑脉利颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA、姜黄素、人参皂苷Rg1含量的测定方法。方法采用甲醇提取,并采用高效液相色谱法进行脑脉利颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA、姜黄素、人参皂苷Rg1含量测定。结果脑脉利颗粒中丹参酮ⅡA的含量为2.25 mg/10 g,姜黄素的含量为0.47 mg/10 g,人参皂苷Rg1的含量为12.53 mg/10 g。结论高效液相色谱法简便、灵敏、准确,无干扰测定,可用于脑脉利颗粒制剂中丹参酮ⅡA、姜黄素、人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA,curcumin and ginsenoside Rg1 contents in Naomaili Granules. Methods The methanol extraction was adopted and the HPLC method was used to detect the contents of tanshinone ⅡA,curcumin and ginsenoside Rg1 in Naomaili Granules. Results In Naomaili Granules,the tanshinoneⅡA content was 2.25 mg/10 g,the curcumin content was 0.47 mg/10 g and the Ginsenoside Rg1 was 12.53 mg/10 g. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple,sensitive and accurate without interact interfering and can be used for the contents determination of tanshinone ⅡA,curcumin and ginsenoside Rg1 in Naomaili Granules.
