摘要 在2016年全国卫生与健康大会上,习近平总书记从实现民族复兴、增进人民福祉的高度,把人民健康放在优先发展的战略地位,深刻论述推进健康中国建设的重大意义、工作方针、重点任务。随着我国人口老龄化进程加速,老年慢性疾病占据疾病谱首位,成为我国重大的公共健康问题。
