新疆昌吉住院老年患者的老年综合评估调查 被引量：2

摘要 老年综合评估（CGA）是采用多学科方法,评估老年人的躯体、功能、心理和社会状况,制订和启动以保护老年人健康和功能状态为目的的治疗计划,最大程度地提高老年人的生活质量,包括全面的医疗评估、躯体功能评估、认知和心理功能评估,以及社会/环境因素评估四个方面[1]。
