摘要
目的探讨标准化视频宣教模式在产科护理中的应用效果。方法随机将320例孕产妇分为实验组和对照组,对照组采用传统的健康宣教模式,实验组采用标准化视频宣教模式,宣教完成后,评估两组知识技能掌握情况和满意度。结果实验组孕产妇总掌握率和总满意率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化视频宣教模式有利于促进孕产妇掌握母婴保健知识和技能,提高患者对医疗服务满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized video education in obstetric care. Methods 320 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The control group used traditional health education mode,and the experimental group used standardized video education mode. After the education,knowledge and skills mastery and satisfaction of two groups were assessed. Results Maternal total grasp rate and overall satisfaction rate in the experimental group are significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Standardized video education mode can promote pregnant and puerpera women mastering knowledge and skills,and improve patient satisfaction with medical services.
