中药治疗耳鸣的组方用药规律分析

Analysis on the Prescription Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Tinnitus

目的 :探究中药治疗耳鸣的组方用药规律。方法 :检索CNKI、CBM、VIP、Wanfang等国内中文数据库中治疗耳鸣的相关临床文献,筛选符合纳入标准的临床随机对照试验,运用中医传承辅助系统对药物进行频次及关联规则的分析,提取高频药物及高关联规则药组。结果:最终纳入的231首处方所涉及227味药物中,提取出13味临床常用药物(支持度15%,置信度≥0.7)和3味临床核心药组(支持度25%,置信度≥0.7)。结果:中药治疗耳鸣以疏肝解郁、升举阳气为主要治法,化湿、行气、活血、通窍、益肾为主要配伍方法。

Objective：To study the prescription regularity of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tinnitus. Methods：the clinical literatures about the treatment of tinnitus from CNKI,CBM,VIP and Wanfang data were searched and the clinical randomized controlled trials were selected to meet the inclusion criteria.The frequency and association rules of the medicinal were analyzed by using traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system to get the high-frequency medicine and medicine group with high association rules. Results：Total 227 drugs in 231 prescriptions were involved. The common used 13 drugs（support25%,confidence≥0.7） and three core drugs（support 15%,confidence≥0.7） were extracted. Conclusion：Relieving liver Qi stagnation and elevating Yang were the main treatment methods of tinnitus,dissipating dampness,promoting Qi,activating blood circulation,resuscitation and reinforcing kidney were the main compatible methods.
