真武汤治疗阳虚水泛证慢性心力衰竭临床疗效及安全性评价

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Zhenwu Decoction in Treating Chronic Heart Failure of Water Overflowing due to Yang Insufficiency Syndrome

目的 :探讨采用真武汤治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :将60例符合入选标准的慢性心力衰竭患者随机分入治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组卧床休息,严格低盐饮食,采用常规强心、利尿、扩张血管等基础治疗;治疗组在此基础上加用真武汤。观察两组治疗后中医证候及心功能改善情况,并进行安全性分析。结果:治疗后两组中医证候改善比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心功能改善情况明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且未见不良反应。结论:真武汤治疗慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证患者临床疗效显著,且安全性高。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhenwu decoction in treating chronic heart failure of water overflowing due to Yang insufficiency syndrome. Methods：Total 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 30 patients in each group. The control group accepted the basic treatments including bed rest,strict diet low in salt,strong heart,diuresis,dilating blood vessels and other conventional therapies while the treatment group accepted the basic treatments adding the use of Zhenwu decoction. The improvement of TCM syndromes and cardiac function after treatment in the two groups were observed and the safety analysis was carried out.Results：There was statistical significance of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment（P 〈0.05）.In the treatment group,the improvement of cardiac function after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group（P 〈0.05） and there was no adverse reactions. Conclusion：Zhenwu decoction had significantly efficacy in treatment of chronic heart failure of water overflowing due to Yang insufficiency syndrome with high safety.
