电针对血管性痴呆大鼠海马PI3K p85/Akt信号的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨电针对血管性痴呆(Va D)大鼠海马磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶(PI3K)p85/Akt信号的影响。方法 :制备Va D大鼠模型,将存活的模型组大鼠随机分为Va D组和电针组,每组6只,对照组大鼠6只。电针组取穴百会、大椎和双侧肾俞,予以电针治疗,水迷宫试验检测大鼠行为学认知能力,蛋白质印迹(Western blot)法测海马PI3K p85表达和Akt磷酸化水平。结果:电针改善Va D大鼠的认知功能,促进海马PI3K p85蛋白表达(P<0.05),提高Akt磷酸化水平(P<0.05)。结论:电针改善Va D大鼠海马PI3K p85/Akt信号功能,从而改善大鼠的学习记忆能力。 Objective:To investigate the role of PI3 K p85/Akt signals in the pathogenesis of vascular dementia and the effect of electroacupuncture therapy on it. Methods:To establish vascular dementia models. The model rats were randomly divided into Va D group and electroacupuncture group,each group of 6 rats. There were 6 rats in control group. In electroacupuncture,electroacupuncture was performed to treat the vascular dementia rats on the acupoints of Baihui,Dazhui and bilateral Shenshu. The cognitive behavioral ability of rats were detected by water maze test. The expression of PI3 K p85 and the level of Akt phosphorylation in hippocampus were measured by Western blot. Results:Electroacupuncture treatment improved the learning and memory ability,and increased the PI3 K p85 expression and Akt phosphorylation level of the vascular dementia rats. Conclusion:Electroacupuncture promoted the recognition ability of vascular dementia rats by improving the function of PI3 K p85/Akt signals.
