一种针对超大壁厚SAWH钢管焊缝的中部缺陷超声波检验校验方法

摘要 介绍一种螺旋埋弧焊钢管的超声波检验校验方法,通过对新型参考反射体的校验、对现有超声波检验设备做的基本分析并加以改造,从而实现在现有基础上新增一种校验方法,作为对大壁厚SAWH钢管的焊缝中部区域超声波探伤的补充。对该方法进行了详细描述,并在大壁厚SAWH钢管试制过程中对其可行性和有效性进行了验证。 This paper introduces a method for calibration of ultrasonic inspection used for spiral submerged arc welded steel pipes,which through the calibration of the new type reference indicators,basic analysis and modification of the existing ultrasonic inspection equipment,to achieve a newly added method for calicration on the basis of the existing practice,and the new method can be as the supplement of ultrosonic inspection used for the middle area of SAWH steel pipes with large wall thickness.The paper gives a detailed description of this method,the feasibility and effectiveness of which had been verified in the trial production of SAWH pipes with large wall thickness.
