选择性激光熔附技术制作上颌全口义齿金属基板的实验研究 被引量:2

The research of fabricating the complete denture base by selective laser melting technique

摘要 目的:评价选择性激光熔积(SLM)技术制作上颌全口义齿金属基托的可行性。方法:将标准无牙颌模型随机分为两组,每组10个样本,实验组用SLM技术打印制作上颌钴铬合金基托,对照组用传统手工方法制作基托蜡型并装盒失蜡铸造法制作完成上颌基托。将两组金属基托截为两段,测量3个区域,即双侧尖牙的远中区、双侧第一磨牙的中央区和边缘封闭区的间隙,体视显微镜50倍记录并比较金属基托与石膏模型之间的间隙值,使用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果:实验组间隙值在(114.42±49.90)^(234.58±130.89)μm范围内,对照组的间隙值在(116.62±39.49)^(173.94±115.17)μm范围内。实验组和对照组各自组内3个区域适合性比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组与对照组组间在尖牙区的平均间隙值有统计学差异(P<0.05),实验组平均间隙大于对照组;而在第一磨牙区和边缘封闭区,两组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:实验组数据在临床合理间隙范围内,利用选择性激光熔积(SLM)技术制作上颌全口义齿基托具有可行性。 Objective: The present study was to use the selective laser melting( SLM) technique in fabricating the complete denture base and to evaluate the feasibility of its clinical application. Methods: Twenty pairs of edentulous casts were divided into 2 groups randomly and equally,either by SLM technique,or by conventional method. The base-cast sets were transversally sectioned into 3 sections at the distal of canines,mesial of first molars,and the posterior palatal zone. The gap between the metal base and cast was measured in the 3 sections. Take use of stereoscopic microscope 50 times to measure the gap and analysis the record with SPSS statistical software. Results: The clearance value of SLM technique group was(114.42 ± 49.90) μm ^(234. 58 ± 130.89) μm,and(116.62 ± 39.49) μm ^(173.94 ±115.17) μm in conventional method group. There was no statistical difference among the 3 sections both in SLM technique group and that in conventional method group( P 〉0.05). At the region of canines,the clearance value of SLM technique group was larger than that in conventional method group( P〈 0.05). At the mesial of first molars region and the posterior palatal zone,there was no statistical difference between the gaps in the two groups( P〉0.05). Conclusion: SLM technique showed initial feasibility to manufacture the dental base of complete denture.
