Research hotspots in transplantation tolerance

摘要 移植免疫耐受是临床器官移植的最高目标,随着其诱导方法和机制研究的逐步深入,临床免疫耐受的诱导也取得了诸多进展。本文拟简述近年来肾移植免疫耐受机制研究和临床诱导方案的发展变化,并对其今后研究的发展方向进行展望。 Transplantation tolerance is the ultimate goal of transplantation.With the development of the research on mechanisms and induction protocols,the clinical induction of transplantation tolerance has been made much progress recently.Here,the recent development of the mechanisms and clinical induction protocols of renal transplantation tolerance were introduced,and the future research direction was prospected.
