无托槽隐形矫治器对正畸治疗初始疼痛的影响 被引量:2

Effection of Invisalign aligner on initial pain of orthodontic treatment

摘要 目的评价无托槽隐形矫治器和固定矫治器对正畸治疗患者初始疼痛的影响。方法收集2015年3月-2016年2月在天津市口腔医院正畸科接受无托槽隐形矫治和固定矫治的成人女性患者各20例,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)记录初戴隐形矫治器第一步(I1组)、第二步(I2组)及初戴固定矫治器(E组)后4h、1d、2d、3d、4d、5d、6d、7d内疼痛的程度。结果患者在初戴隐形矫治器与固定矫治器后,VAS分值均于术后1d达到峰值,随后逐渐下降。E组VAS分值在4h^2d时均明显高于I1组和I2组;在之后观察时间点3~7d中,E组VAS分值高于I1组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无托槽隐形矫治器在正畸治疗的初始阶段也会造成患者感觉疼痛不适,但疼痛水平低于使用固定矫治器的患者。 Objective To evaluate the effect of invisalign aligner and fixed appliance on initial pain of orthodontic treatment by visual analogue scales(VAS). Methods 40 adult female patients were selected in Tianjin stomalogical hospital from March 2015 to February 2016. 20 cases were performed using invisalign aligners, others using fixed appliances. The visual analogue scale(VAS) was applied to record pain degree at the4^thhour, and the 1^st day to 7^th day. after wearing the first step of aligner(group I1), the second step of aligner(group I2) and fixed appliance(group E). Results The values of VAS reached a peak level at 1 day in all groups. The values of VAS in E group were higher than I1 group and I2 group from the 4^nd hour to the 2^nd day. The values of VAS in E group were also higher than I1 at the 3rdday, 4^th day, 5^th day, 6^th day and 7^th day. Conclusion Invisalign aligner may offer less pain compared to the fixed appliance during the initial stages of orthodontic treatment.
