摘要
目的评价使用分离胶、促凝剂和普通干燥试管,对离子选择电极法测定锂离子(Li^+)浓度的影响。方法选取2015年3-5月河南信阳市精神病医院口服碳酸锂患者100人。于空腹状态同时使用普通干燥采血管、含有分离胶采血管、促凝采血管,分别抽取静脉血5 ml。用离子选择电极法测定上述标本Li+浓度。结果选用分离胶管采集标本测定Li^+浓度为0.95±0.20 mmol/L,显著高于使用另外两种试管采集标本测定Li^+浓度值(P<0.01);促凝管与普通干燥管对离子选择电极法测Li+浓度没有影响(分别为0.60±0.13 mmol/L和0.59±0.12 mmol/L,P>0.05)。结论避免使用分离胶管采集标本进行血清Li^+检测,杜绝因此产生的不良事件。
Objective To evaluate test to lithium concentration by applying different blood sample collection tubes, gel clot activator tube, clot activator tube and no additive tube. Methods 100 patients with mental disease under lithium treatment were selected in Xinyang mental hospital during March to June 2015. Vein blood sample from these patients were collected after 12 hours of one dose of lithium treatment by using different blood sample collection tubes, gel clot activator tube, clot activator tube and no additive tube,separately at the same time. Ion selective electrode method was applied to test serum ion of lithium(Li^+)concentration. Results The serum Li^+concentration from sample collected in tube with gel clot activator tube was 0.95±0.20 mmol/L, significant higher than in clot activator tube or no additive tube(P〈0.01). The difference of serum Li^+concentration between the later two had not statistical significance(0.60±0.13 mmol/L in clot activator tube and 0.59±0.12 mmol/L in no additive tube, P〈0.05). Conclusion For avoiding adverse events,gel clot activator tube should not be applied for collecting blood sample to test serum Li^+concentration.
