气相色谱法同时检测水中7种有机磷农药 被引量:5

Simultaneous determination of 7 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in water by gas chromatography

摘要 目的水对我们的生命起着重要的作用,水中污染物的检测对于我们饮用水安全起着关键作用,有机磷农药的污染对水体的污染及对人体健康的影响不容忽视,为了快速、准确、方便的检测水中有机磷的含量,本文建立了自动进样气相色谱法同时检测水中有机磷农药的方法。方法采用液液萃取方法提取水中有机磷农药,在选定的条件下,用DB1701毛细管柱进行分离,FPD检测器进行检测。结果 7种有机磷在选定的条件下分离效果好,曲线相关系数在0.998 4~0.999 7之间,方法检出限(3S/N)为0.05~0.09μg/L,加标回收率为90.4%~98.8%,RSD为1.45%~2.74%。结论该方法具有良好的重复性和准确性,检测限低,满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》中有机磷指标限值的要求。 Objective Water plays an important role in our lives. Water pollutants detection plays a key role in the safety of drinking water. Pollution of organic phosphorus pesticide pollution on water and its effect on human health can not be ignored. For of fast, accurate and convenient detection of organic phosphorus, an automatic method injection gas chromatographic is introduced method for the simultaneous detection of organophosphorus pesticides in water. Methods The organic phosphorus pesticides were extracted by liquid-liquid extraction. The DB1701 capillary column was used to separate the organic phosphorus pesticides in the water, and the FPD detector was used for detection. Results 7 kinds of organic phosphorus wer isolated well in selected conditions. Curve correlation coefficient were in 0.998 4~0.999 7. The detection limit(3S/N) ranged from 0.05 to 0.09 μg/L. Sample added recovery was 90.4% ~98.8% RSD s were 1.45% ~2.74%. Conclusion The method has good repeatability and accuracy, low detection limit, and meets the requirement of the limit value of organic phosphorus in the sanitary standard for drinking water.
