前交叉韧带重建的骨道定位研究

摘要 目的本文通过分析尸体标本和活体MRI影像前交叉韧带(ACL)解剖学测量,找出ACL胫骨、股骨止点相关数据,与矢状面、冠状面、胫骨关节面夹角,对比分析两者差异,为手术方案及手术效果提供相应依据。方法通过解剖15个膝关节标本和对120例行膝关节MRI扫描。结果尸体标本和活体MRI上ACL胫骨止点中心距胫骨平台前缘距离分别为:(12.3±1.2)mm,(11.9±1.9)mm,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI可以测量ACL相关解剖数据,一定程度上可替代尸体标本的实际测量,能同时进行较大样本量的测量,本研究所得相关数据可以为手术提供定位依据,并能客观评价骨道及韧带位置优劣,提高手术效果。
