钻孔灌注缩径桩的工程性状与抢修加固处理

摘要 以某桥钻孔灌注桩7-2号桩头有明显的缩径缺损为工程前景,总结缩径桩的荷载-沉降关系曲线特点、轴向荷载传递规律、桩侧阻力分布规律等工程性状,分析钻孔灌注桩缩径的形成原因,制定了增设钢护筒一道,进行包桩头施工的抢修加固方法进行处理,并对施工过程进行有效控制,较快、较好地解决了该桥缩径破损问题。 Because the NO. 7 -2 pile head of bored pile in a bridge has obvious shrinkage defect, the characteristics of the load - settlement curve, the axial load transfer and the distribution of the lateral resistance of the bored pile are summarized, the formation causes of shrinkage of bored pile are analyzed. The repair reinforcement methods which is addition of one steel liner and the packet of pile head construction are formulated. Combined with effective control of the construction process, the problem of reducing the size of the bridge is solved quickly and well.
