摘要
对并排管道下消防喷头的对流换热情况建立了合理的传热物理模型及数学模型,应用数值计算的方法对设定的场所进行了模拟研究。结果表明,并排管道下的消防喷头由于位置低及集热板对热气流的阻碍作用,其内液体的温度要低于同时刻邻近的建筑物顶部的消防喷头内液体的温度,启动时间要滞后于建筑物顶部邻近的消防喷头,这对于水平蔓延速度较快的火灾是个极大的隐患。最后针对现有规范的不足提出了合理的建议。
A numerical calculation method was used in this paper for making a simulation study with a reasonable physical model and mathematical model of heat transfer about the fire sprinkler under alongside pipes. The results show that,fire sprinklers under alongside pipe due to the low position and hindered hot gas stream of the heat collecting plate,whose temperature is lower than the temperature of the liquid within fire sprinklers adjacent the top of the building at the same time,the startup time lags behind on top of the building near the fire sprinklers,which is a great risk with a fire that spreads faster at the horizontal level. Finally,reasonable suggestion was made for the deficiencies of the existing codes.
