某木业企业火灾风险评估及改进对策研究

A Fire Risk Assessment and Improvement Strategy for a Wood Production Factory

木材加工企业可燃物多,尤其是加工过程产生的木屑等具有自燃性,且具有粉尘爆炸的危险,同时由于企业用电量大,人员较多,导致整个木材加工企业火灾风险大,一旦发生火灾,具有燃烧猛烈、蔓延迅速,损失严重等特点。根据现场勘察情况,对某木业企业的火灾风险进行评估,并针对该木业企业查勘中发现的问题,提出了科学有效的火灾防治措施和建议。

A wood production factory has many characteristics,such as large fire load,explosive wood dust,big fire and power consumption. In case of a fire accident,it causes great casualties,and imponderable economic losses. In this paper,based on the characteristics of wood production and processing places,a specific fire risk assessment system is established. The fire risk of a wood production factory is evaluated according to the weights of indicators of the fire risk assessment system and the results of the survey. Scientific and effective disaster prevention recommendations and measures are put forward for the problems found during the survey. The method is instructive and meaningful to engineering practice.
