消防特勤队伍建设,既是维护社会稳定的需要,又是消防部队专业职能扩展的标志,也是消防改革提高消防部队灭火救援能力的重要举措。对当前消防特勤队伍建设现状和存在的问题进行了分析,提出了特勤队伍建设发展的对策。

The construction of special service forces of the fire brigade fits in with both the need of the public security and the professional extension of fire forces,which plays an important role in improving their fire fighting and rescue capability. To this end,the paper analyzes the current construction of special service forces together with the problems,offering countermeasures for its development.
