2010-2014年厦门市女性居民乳腺癌疾病负担分析

Analysis on Disease Burden of Breast Cancer in Xiamen,2010-2014

目的通过对厦门市女性居民乳腺癌疾病负担定量测算,了解不同年龄组的疾病负担及其变化趋势,为厦门市乳腺癌防治工作提供科学依据。方法收集2 0 1 0-2 0 1 4年厦门市女性居民乳腺癌死亡数据,运用早死所致寿命损失年（YLL）对乳腺癌疾病负担进行测量、分析。结果厦门市女性居民每千人口乳腺癌早死所致寿命损失年（YLL）、残疾所致健康寿命损失年（YLD）、伤残调整寿命年（D ALY）分别为0.9 39、0.0 5 1、0.9 9 0;其中5 0~5 9岁组负担最重。结论 YLL是造成厦门市女性居民乳腺癌疾病负担的主要因素。

Objective By calculating the disease burden of breast cancer in residents of Xiamen, to learn the burden of disease and its changing trend in different age groups, and to provide scientific basis for prevention and treatment of breast in Xiamen. Methods Collected Xiamen restdents female breast cancer mortality data. years of life lost （YLL） was used to calculate and analyze the disease burden of breast cancer in Xiamen from 2010 to 2014. Results The YLL, YLD and DALY of Xiamen residents was 0.939/1 000, 0.051/1 000 and 0.990/1 000; the disease burden at age of 50-59 was the highest. Conclusion The main cause of the disease burden was YLL.
