摘要
基于IEC 61000-4-5:2014浪涌抗扰度试验标准,解析了标准中相对于IEC 61000-4-5:2005在雷击浪涌波形参数、持续时间和波前时间的定义、浪涌发生器及耦合去耦网络的浪涌波形特性指标的变化。研究了雷击浪涌信号线测试及校准方法。最后介绍了浪涌测试的不确定度评定方法。
Based on surge immunity test, the differences between IEC 61000-4-5：2014 and IEC 61000-4-5：2005 are analyzed on the parameters of surge waveform, the definition of front time and duration, and the changes of surge wavefonn characteristic indicators at the output of the surge generator and coupling/decoupling network. The test and calibration techniques of signal surge are, studied. And the method of measurement uncertainty （MU） of surge test is briefly introduced.
