Design of a Simple Transient Over-voltage Surge Suppression Circuit

分析过压浪涌特点及抑制电路工作原理,提出基于P沟道场效应管的浪涌抑制电路设计思路,详细阐述了浪涌抑制电路的场效应管选型原则和元器件参数计算方法,并对该电路进行了过压浪涌测试。结果表明,该浪涌抑制电路的性能可以达到应用要求。

The charaeteristics of over-voltage surge and the working principle of suppression circuit are analyzed. Based on P-channel field-effect tube, the design of surge suppression circuit is proposed. The principle of the field effect tube selection principle and the calculation method of component parameters of surge suppression circuit are described in detail. The circuit is tested by over-oltage surge. The results show that the performance of the surge suppression circuit can meet the application requirements.
