摘要
本文提出了一种基于分块思想的配电网重构方法,实现了配电网运行方式在经济性和可靠性上的双重优化。通过建立配电网综合信息数据库,利用拓扑分析得到备选方案,并提出了组合搜索算法筛选可行方案。利用量化的经济性和可靠性指标从多个角度对运行方式进行优化。对任意给定信息的配电网和优化目标,可以得到相应的优化方案和指标优化程度,也能对故障下的配电网进行故障重构。青浦实际算例验证了该算法的有效性和实用性。
A new reconfiguration method based on section dividing is proposed to optimize the operation mode on both reliability and economy. By establishing the universal database of the distribution network,alternative plans are obtained by using topology analysis and feasible plans are chosen by using combinational search algorithm. Operation mode is optimized on both reliability and economy using quantized index. Given the optimizing objective and universal database,we can get the optimal plan and optimized indexes as well as reconfigure at fault condition. Example results show the applicability and effectiveness of the method.
