不同材料假体人工全髋关节置换效果的临床分析

Clinical Observation of Effect with Different Kind's Materials of Artificial Total Hip Joint Replacement Prosthesis

目的探究不同材料假体在人工全髋关节置换术中的应用效果。方法方便选择该院2011年6月—2016年6月收治的55例行人工全髋关节置换术治疗的患者,根据患者植入假体材料来源的不同分为A组28例,B组27例,比较两组治疗效果及不良反应情况。结果 A组患者术后Harris评分(54.23±3.71)分,治疗总有效率为75.00%,B组患者术后Harris评分(58.66±4.19)分,治疗总有效率为81.48%,两组Harris评分及总有效率差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;A组并发症发生率为25.00%,B组为14.81%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论国产假体材料和进口假体材料在假体稳定性和髋关节功能恢复无明显差异,可根据患者假体周围骨质、自主意愿及经济能力选择合适的假体材料,在术后加强临床护理能力以减少术后不良反应的发生。

Objective To explore the effect of different material with prosthesis in the application of artificial total hip replacement. Methods Convenient selection our hospital in June 2011 to June 2016,55 routine arthroplasty patients treated artificial hip admitted, according to different patients implanted prosthetic material sources are divided into A group of 28 patients in group B 27 cases, comparison two therapeutic effects and adverse reactions. Results A group of patients with postoperative Harris score（54.23 ± 3.71） points, the total effective rate was 75.00% in group B postoperative Harris score（58.66 ± 4.19） points, the total effective rate was 81.48%, and total score two Harris efficiency there is no significant difference（P〉0.05）; a complication rate was 25.00% occurred in group B was 14.81%, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Domestic and imported prosthesis prosthetic material recovery no significant difference in the stability of the prosthesis and hip joint function, according to the bone around the prosthesis patients, independent will and economic ability to choose a suitable prosthetic material, to strengthen clinical care in surgery the ability to reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
