Objective Through exploring modified concrete process of standard trauma big bone flap craniotomy surgery, understand its effect on the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods Convenient selection from February 2006 to December 2015 in the hospital for treatment of 120 cases of patients with severe head injury, will be split into contrast group and the team. Control group using standard trauma patients with large bone flap craniotomy surgery treatment, the team is using method of modified trauma big bone flap craniotomy surgery treatment, by understanding the difference between the two, select the best treatment. Results The postoperative group is obviously better than the control group, with statistical significance(P〈0.05); Team of postoperative satisfaction score is significantly higher than control group, with statistical significance(P〈0.05); The team the prognosis of patients was significantly higher than control group, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). The team in the two groups of patients with postoperative complication rate was significantly lower than in control group, with statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the use of improved standard trauma after big bone flap craniotomy surgery, making the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury effect is improved obviously, at the same time because of less postoperative complications and improve the patient's satisfaction with treatment, therefore to improve clinical promotion use.
