欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的疗效

Hemabate Uterine Cavity Filling Yarn Joint Treatment of Placenta Previa Were Postpartum Hemorrhage Curative Effect

目的分析欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血的临床疗效。方法随机抽取该院于2012年8月—2016年2月期间收治的86例前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者,将欣母沛联合宫腔填纱的患者划分为观察组(n=43),将缩宫素联合宫腔填纱的患者划分为对照组,对两组患者的生产过程中、产后2 h、产后24 h的出血量、舒张压、收缩压、心率以及血氧饱和度进行观察。结果观察组和对照组分别经过治疗后,观察组患者产后2 h出血量为(664.4±64.3)m L,产后24 h出血量为(703.3±66.8)m L,对照组患者产后2 h出血量为(865.5±71.2)m L,产后24 h出血量为(945.2±76.6)m L,数据经对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比对两组患者治疗前后的舒张压、收缩压、心率以及血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前置胎盘剖宫产产后出血患者采用欣母沛联合宫腔填纱治疗效果良好,且能够控制患者的出血量。

Methods Random selection the observation group and the control group respectively after treatment, the observation group of patients with postpartum hemorrhage was 2 hours（664.4± 64.3） mL, 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage was（703.3 ± 66.8） mL, the control group of patients with postpartum hemorrhage for 2 hours（865.5± 71.2） mL, 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage was（945.2 ± 76.6） mL data by comparison was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; comparison before and after treatment in two groups of diastolic and systolic blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. Results Observation group and the control group after treatment, postpartum patients in the observation group two hours blood loss was（664.4 ± 64.3） mL, 24 hours postpartum blood loss was（703.3± 66.8） mL, postpartum patients in the control group two hours blood loss（865.5 ± 71.2） mL, 24 hours postpartum blood loss was（945.2 ± 76.6） mL, the data generated by the comparison was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; compare two groups of patients before and after the diastolic, systolic blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation degree, no significant differences were not statistically significant generation（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Placenta previa cesarean delivery of postpartum hemorrhage were treated by hin mother of uterine cavity filling yarn joint treatment effect is good, and able to control the bleeding of patients.
