替米沙坦联合阿托伐他汀用于高血压伴高脂血症治疗疗效分析

Telmisartan Combined with Atorvastatin for Analysis of Hypertension and Hyperlipidemia Treatment

目的探究替米沙坦与阿托伐他联合应用时对高血压伴高脂血症治疗的临床作用。方法随机选择在2013年1月—2014年1月期间自愿来该院参加实验研究的高血压伴高脂血症患者90例,将其随机平均分为实验组和对照组。对照组患者只接受缬沙坦联合辛伐他汀药物的治疗,实验组患者接受替米沙坦联合阿托伐他汀进行治疗。观察记录相关的实验指标。结果经过药物治疗后,实验组患者的相关临床指标实验组均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压伴有高脂血症患者的治疗中,合用替米沙坦联合阿托伐他汀可以有效控制患者病情,有效改善病人的血压血脂水平,可以大力推广至临床使用。

Objective To explore the telmisartan and atorvastatin when he combined with hypertension and hyperlipidemia treatment for clinical effect. Methods Randomly selected from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital during voluntary to participate in experimental studies of hypertension 90 patients with hyperlipidemia, which were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The control group of patients treated only valsartan and simvastatin drug experimental group patients receiving telmisartan combined with atorvastatin treatment. Experimental observations related indicators. Results After drug treatment,the correlation of clinical indicators in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group of patients, the difference was significant statistically significant P〈0.05. Conclusion The combination of telmisartan combined with atorvastatin patients can effectively control the disease, improve blood pressure, lipid levels of patients, can promote to clinical use.
