摘要
目的探究户外运动对伴骨质疏松症精神分裂症患者心理健康及生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2014年2月—2016年2月该院60例伴骨质疏松症精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,给予对照组常规膳食和心理干预,观察组在此基础上给予户外运动干预;比较两组治疗前后心理健康及生活质量改善情况。结果两组治疗前SCL-90各因子评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后各因子评分明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预前SQLS各维度评分及总均分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后SQLS各维度评分及总均分明显降低(P<0.05),观察组心理社会、动力和精力及总均分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论户外运动结合相关基础护理干预可调节伴骨质疏松症精神分裂症患者心理状态,提高其生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of outdoor exercise on mental health and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Random selection our hospital 60 cases from February 2014 to February 2016. with bone osteoporosis schizophrenia patients as the research object randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group, giving control group conventional dietary and psychological intervention,the observation group in the control of outdoor exercise intervention group;before and after treatment were compared between the two groups psychological health and quality of life improvement.Results The two groups before treatment each factor score of SCL-90 is no statistical significance（P〈0.05）,after the intervention of each factor score decreased significantly（P〈0.05）, and observation group of somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobia,paranoid,psychotic score in the order were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.The two groups before the intervention SQLs in each dimension score and the total score of no statistical significance（P〉0.05）,dry prognostic SQLs scores in each dimension and the total score was significantly lower（P〈0.05）,the observation psychosocial group, motivation and energy and the total score of significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Outdoor exercise combined with relevant basic nursing intervention can regulate the psychological status of patients with osteoporosis,improve the quality of life.
