摘要
目的探究益气养阴活血方在慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取该院2015年6月—2016年6月110例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,均给于常规护理,其中对照组55例给予维酶素、胃蛋白酶口服液等常规西医治疗,实验组55例患者给予益气养阴活血方进行治疗。1个月后比较两组患者治疗前后的临床治疗效果。结果实验组有28例治愈,实验组总有效率为96.4%,明显高出对照组总有效率为87.3%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论根据慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床表现,病程进展、体质状况进行系统的把握,辨证论治,给予益气养阴活血方治疗,能有效提高患者的临床治愈率,缓解慢性萎缩性胃炎疾病进展,对减轻患者胃痛、胃酸等症状,提高患者的生活质量具有着重要的意义。
Objective To explore the Recipe in the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods In our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 110 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis, 55 cases in the control group given Weimeisu, pepsin,such as oral liquid conventional Western medicine treatment, 55 patients in the experimental group administered Qi Yang Yin Huoxue Recipe for treatment. Clinical results before and after one month after treatment were compared. Results The experimental group, 28 patients were cured, the experimental group, the total effective rate 96.4% was significantly higher than the control group, the total effective rate was 87.3%.P〈0.05 was considered statistically significance. Conclusion According to clinical manifestations in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, disease progression, physical situation to grasp the system, diagnosis and treatment, giving Recipe in treatment, can effectively improve the clinical cure rate in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis remission of disease progression, to reduce patient stomach, acid and other symptoms.
