宁波基础教育国际化的现状及提升路径

The Present Situation of the Internationalization of Elementary Education in Ningbo and Its Promotion Path

在国家实施"一带一路"战略和宁波加快推进国际化港口城市建设的背景下,基础教育国际化作为宁波城市现代化的重要组成部分,是深入推进教育对外开放、加强教育国际交流、引进优质教育资源、增强宁波外向型经济的软实力所不可或缺。但从实践来看,宁波基础教育的国际影响力与国际化港口城市定位不相适应。为此,要完善教育国际化的政策制度、拓展国际合作交流的形式渠道、强化基础教育国际化的要素研究、建立学校教育国际化的评价机制,提升宁波基础教育的国际影响力。

During the implementation of the strategy of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ in China and accelerating the construction of the port city internationalization in Ningbo, the internationalization of elementary education, as an indispensable part of urban modernization, plays an important part in further promoting the opening of education, strengthening international exchange of education, introducing quality education resources and enhancing the soft power of Ningbo＇s export-oriented economy. But in practice,the international influence of the elementary education in Ningbo is not compatible with the positioning of the international port city. Therefore, in order to enhance the international influence of Ningbo elementary education, it is essential to improve the policy and system of education internationalization, expand the forms and channels of international cooperation and exchange, intensify the research on the factors of the internationalization of elementary education and establish the evaluation mechanism of the internationalization of school education.
