Progress on Research and Development of Refractories for Cement Kiln under New Situation

本文论述了水泥工业的方向,分析了水泥生产的流程,找出了流程中的瓶颈,介绍了如何疏通上述瓶颈,将耐火材料的寿命从9个月提高到18个月,将耐火材料单耗从≥0.50 kg/t降低为≤0.30 kg/t,改进材料的经验。

This paper discussed development orientation of cement industry,analyzed manufacture process of cement,identified problems met in the process. It also related skill to extend service life of refractories from 9 months to 18 months and reduce consumption of the refractories from ≥0. 50 kg/t to ≤0. 30 kg/t,and introduced experience to improve traditional materials.
