摘要
本文以化学发泡方法制备了碱矿渣加气混凝土(AASAC),研究了其孔结构与宏观性能之间的关系。结果显示:AASAC干密度范围在400~700 kg/m^3,其体积吸水率与孔隙率成线性相关性,28 d抗压强度和干燥收缩值随孔隙率增加而减小。加气混凝土断面图像分析结果表明,引入气孔圆度值接近于1以及气孔孔径在100μm以内的气孔比例越大,混凝土强度越高。
This paper prepared alkali-activated slag aerated concrete(AASAC) by chemical foaming,the relationship between pore structure and the macroscopic properties were investigated. It is found that the alkali-activated slag aerated concrete with dry bulk density level between 400 kg/m^3 to 700 kg/m^3,the water absorption with porosity had linear correlation,its 28 d compressive strength and dry shrinkage decreased with porosity. The section of AASAC were determined by image process and analysis software,the results showed that the more pore with roundness colse to 1 and pore aperture is less than 100 μm,the higher the concrete strength.
