玄武岩纤维混凝土长柱偏心受压承载能力试验研究 被引量:12

Experimental Study on Load-carrying Capacity of Basalt Fiber Reinforced Concrete Long Columns under Eccentric Compression

摘要 合理掺量玄武岩纤维可以提高混凝土的力学性能,混凝土长柱是结构工程中常用构件,本文首先对纤维长度为12 mm和24 mm的两种玄武岩纤维混凝土最佳掺量进行研究,在此基础上制作了18根长柱,进行了小偏心受压和大偏心受压承载能力试验研究。结果发现,钢筋玄武岩纤维混凝土长柱抗压性能明显优于普通钢筋混凝土长柱,加入玄武岩纤维的混凝土长柱小偏心受压的承载能力较普通混凝土长柱最大提高了13%。大偏心受压最大提高了41%,纤维长度24 mm钢筋玄武岩纤维混凝土长柱偏心受压极限承载力优于纤维长度为12的钢筋玄武岩纤维混凝土长柱偏心受压极限承载力。 Proper doping of basalt fiber can improve the mechanical properties of concrete. The concrete long column is a common component used in structural engineering. In this study,the optimal content of two types of basalt fiber reinforced concrete with a fiber length of 12 mm and 24 mm,respectively was investigated.On this basis,18 long columns were made,with which experimental research on the loadcarrying capacity of concrete under small and big eccentric compression conditions was then conducted.The results show that the compressive property of the basalt fiber reinforced concrete long columns is obviously better than that of the ordinary steel reinforced concrete columns. Load-carrying capacity of the basalt fiber reinforced concrete long columns has been improved by up to 13% under small eccentric compression compared with that of the ordinary concrete long columns,and by up to 41% under big eccentric compression. The ultimate load-carrying capacity of the 24 mm-basalt fiber reinforced concrete long columns is better than that of the 12 mm-basalt fiber reinforced concrete long columns.
