摘要
番茄红素是一类常见的饲料添加剂,具有促进动物生长、提高繁殖能力、调节免疫、抗氧化及改善脂质代谢等作用。本文综述了番茄红素作为饲料添加剂在动物生产中的研究进展,为番茄红素的进一步应用提供参考。
Lycopene is a common type of feed additive,which can promote growth, improve reproductive capacity, regulate immune function, resist oxidative stress and regulate lipid metabolism of animal.This paper reviewed the progress of lycopene in animal production and provide a reference for the further application of lycopene.
