坚木单宁对保育猪生产性能及免疫机能的影响

Study on quebracho tannin on production performance and immunity of nursing pigs

为了探讨坚木单宁对保育猪采食量、生长速度、料重比、免疫力及粪便微生物变化的影响,试验选用15 kg左右保育猪(杜×长×大)100头,随机分成对照组和试验组,分别饲喂基础日粮和基础日粮+1000 mg/kg坚木单宁。结果表明:(1)试验组第3周和第4周的平均日增重分别比对照组提高11.06%和13.69%,平均日采食量分别比对照组提高10.08%和8.80%,而料重比与对照组基本一致,说明坚木单宁可提高保育猪食欲,增加采食量,促进生长。(2)在营养琼脂培养基和麦康凯琼脂培养基中,试验组粪便中的大肠杆菌数量分别比对照组降低4.49%和10.57%,而猪瘟抗体阻断率和蓝耳病抗体S/P值分别比对照组提高8.93%和16.53%,说明坚木单宁对大肠杆菌有较好的抑制作用,且在提高猪群免疫力、促进抗体产生方面效果明显。

In order to explore the effect of quebracho tannin on feed intake,growth rate, feed/ gain, immunity and fecal microorganism in nursing pig.The experiment selected about 15 kg（DurocxLandracexYorkshire）nursing pigs 100 heads, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group which were fed the basal diet and basal diet ＋1000 mg/kg quebracho tannin.The results showed that： （1）The average daily gain in the third week and the fourth week of the experimental group were 11.06% and 13.69% higher than that of the control group,average daily feed intake were 10.08% and 8.80% higher than that of the control group, and feed/gain was basically consistent with that of the control group.The results indicated that quebracho tannin could improve nursing pig appetite, increase feed intake,promote growth.（2）On nutrient agar culture medium and macconkey agar medium, the number of Escherichia coli in the feces of experimental groups were 4.49% and 10.57% less than that of the control group,and classical swine fever antibody blocking rate and PRRS antibody S/P were 8.93% and 16.53% higher than that of the control group.That quebracho tannin had good inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli, and had obvious effect in improving herd immunity and promoting antibody production.
