摘要
政治关联的绩效激励机制一直是国内外专家学者研究的热点之一。研究政治关联的绩效激励机制对于了解政治关联在经济活动中发挥的作用具有重要意义。本文通过梳理国内外政治关联与企业绩效的相关文献,从政治关联的内涵、度量方法、激励效果、激励动机和激励渠道等方面对政治关联的绩效激励机制研究现状进行评述,并对未来政治关联绩效激励机制的研究进行了展望。
The performance incentive mechanism of political connection has been one of the hot research subjects for domestic and foreign experts. The research of the performance incentive mechanism of political connection is of great significance for understanding the role of political connection in economic activities. In this paper, through combing the domestic and foreign literatures about political connection and enterprise performance, the author reviews the performance incentive mechanism of political connection from aspects concerning the connotation of political connection, the measurement method, the incentive effect, the incentive motivation and incentive channels,and the prospects the research of the performance incentive mechanism of political connection in the future .
