摘要
卫星数据传输电子设备一般为插板式结构,在满足恶劣力学环境可靠性同时,还要尽量减轻产品重量,本文针对此类典型插板结构,采用Pro/Mechanical软件对其进行动态特性分析,对插板结构加强筋的布置形式、重要尺寸进行了灵敏度分析,根据灵敏度分析结果,对敏感尺寸进行了优化分析,得到满足刚度设计要求、质量最小的最优插板结构,保证了力学可靠性提供了依据。
Data transmission electronic equipment on satellite are commonly designed with plug-in structure,the equipment should be designed to withstand the harsh environment,at the same time to minimize the weight of products. This article has described the dynamic analysis,optimization design of rib layout and key dimension process of the plug-in structure with Pro / Mechanica module. According to the results of sensitivity analysis,optimized plug-in structure are obtained which can fulfill the specification of stiffness minimized mass. The ultimate structure can guarantee the mechanical reliability.
