摘要
目的:研究白背三七萃取物对高尿酸小鼠的降尿酸作用.方法:采用静脉注射氧嗪酸钾(PO)的方法建立高尿酸小鼠动物模型,研究白背三七萃取物对高尿酸小鼠的尿酸,黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)以及黄嘌呤脱氢酶(XDH)的影响.结果:白背三七萃取物显著降低因PO注射所造成的高尿酸现象,尿酸抑制率可达47.7%,XOD活性的抑制率可达10.1%,XDH活性的抑制率可达26.8%.结论:研究证实白背三七具有降尿酸作用,其机制可能是通过抑制XOD和XDH酶活性达到降尿酸效果.
Aim:Study on the effection of Gynura divaricata extract for lowering uric acid level of mice with experimental hyperuricemia.Methods:Mice models of hyperuricemia were made by injecting potassium oxonate (PO).Study the effection of Gynura divaricata extract on lowering the uric acid levels,inhibiting activity of xanthine oxidase (XOD)and xanthine dehydrogenase (XDH).Results:Gynura divaricata extract could lower the uric acid of mice with hyperuricemia caused by injecting PO,the uric acid inhibition rate was 47.7%,the inhibition rate of XOD activity was 1 0.1 %,the inhibition rate of XDH activity was 26.8%.Conclusion:Gynura divaricata has the effect of lowering uric acid.The mechanism of lowering uric acid may be through inhibiting XOD and XDH activity.
