刺梨粗提物对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官指数和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:11

摘要 试验旨在研究饲料中添加刺梨粗提物对肉鸡生长性能、免疫器官发育及抗氧化能力的影响.选取1 日龄健康肉仔鸡2 0 0 只,随机分为4 个处理组,刺梨粗提物添加剂量分别为0 mL/kg(对照组)、5 0 mL/kg(试验Ⅰ组)、1 0 0 mL/kg(试验 Ⅱ 组)、1 5 0 mL/kg(试验 HI 组),每组5 个重复,每个重复1 0 只鸡,试验期4 9 d .分析了肉鸡三个阶段1-2 1 、2 2 -3 5 、3 6 -4 9 日龄的采食量、日增重和料肉比;于2 1 、3 5 和4 9 日龄每组随机抽取5 只鸡进行屠宰,测定了胸腺、脾脏和法氏囊的器官指数,以及血清中GSH-P x、总S O D 活性及M D A 含量.结果表明添加1 0 0 mL/k g 刺梨粗提物组的日增重和采食量与对照组相比差异显著(P 〈 0 . 0 5 ) ,添加1 0 0 mL/k g 刺梨粗提物组的4 9 日龄体重与其他组差异显著(P〈0.05) ; 添加不同剂量的刺梨粗提物对脾脏指数和胸腺指数都有明显提高(P 〈 0 . 0 5 ) ;添加不同剂量的刺梨粗提物组肉鸡血清中GSH-P x 含量和SO D 活性显著增高(P 〈 0 . 0 5 ) ,同时M D A含量显著降低. The study was conducted to investigate the effects of extract of rose roxburgii Tratt.on growth performance,immune organ index and antioxidation in Broilers.A total of 200one-day healthy avian broilers of commercial strain were randomly assigned to four treatments with five replicates,ten broilers in each replicate.The experimental stage is forty-nine days.The control group(CK)were fed basal diet,group Ⅰto Ⅲ were fed basal diet supplemented with 50,100,150 mL/kg of Rose roxburgii Tratt.Extract.The feed intake,daily gain and feed to meat ratio were analyzed in early,middle and late stages.The concentrations of GSH-Px,total SOD and MDA in serum were measured at 21,35 and 49days of age.The result showed:the daily gain,feed intake of 100 mL/kg extract treatment group were significantly higher than the CK group,and the body weight at 49 days was significantly higher than the other group;the spleen index,thymus index and bursa index of all groups with extract treatment were significantly higher than the CK group;the concentrations of GSH-Px and total SOD in serum of all groups with extract treatment were significantly higher than the CK group,while the MAD concentration was significantly lower than the CK group.
