喀斯特山区生态畜牧业发展与石漠化治理耦合关系

Coupling Relationship between the Development of Ecological Animal Husbandry and the Control of Rocky Desertification in Karst Mountain Area

基于喀斯特山区脆弱的生态环境,为有效探索喀斯特地区山区生态畜牧业发展模式,研究喀斯特山区生态畜牧业的发展与石漠化的治理所存在的密切联系,二者的交织点在于生态治理和区域经济发展。生态畜牧业的发展需要草地建植、草地放牧、饲草加工与健康养殖,但是喀斯特山区生态畜牧业发展面临水土流失严重、土壤贫瘠、草地利用率低、政策不健全等多方面问题。为实现生态效益、经济效益和社会效益,生态畜牧业的发展有必要改善资源时空配制、延长产业链、提高产品质量,其在治理石漠化问题方面主要体现为解决农村问题、增加生物多样性、保水固土、修复生态系统,实现"帕累托"效益。在未来发展中,可建立喀斯特山区生态畜牧业发展模式并推广,与观光农业相结合,带动第一产业向第三产业转变。

Based on the fragile ecological environment in Karst mountain area,the development mode of ecological animal husbandry in mountainous karst areas is explored to study the close relationship between the development of ecological animal husbandry and the control of rocky desertification in karst mountain area,the interlacing point is ecological governance,economic development and social harmony.The development of ecological animal husbandry depends on grass planting,grazing grassland,forage processing and reasonable breeding,but the development of ecological animal husbandry is facing many problems,such as soil erosion,poor soil,low utilization rate and incomplete policy etc in Karst mountainous area.The development of ecological animal husbandry is necessary to improve the resources in time and space,to extend the industrial chain and improve the quality of products for realizing the ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit,whose rocky desertification control problems mainly manifests in solving the problems of countryside,increasing biodiversity,soil water conservation and ecosystem restoration to realize'Pareto benefit'.In the future development,the development mode of ecological animal husbandry in Karst mountain area can be established so as to promote the combination of sightseeing agriculture and transform the first industry to the third industry.
