摘要
研究某减速机构的刚度分析、优化及试验验证问题,分析滚珠丝杠预紧力和各传动副之间的间隙等对机构刚度的影响,并提出控制影响刚度因素的方法;利用ANSYS进行减速机构的结构静力分析;设计、生产专用测试装备测试该减速机构的刚度.结果表明:减速机构的设计满足刚度需求,同时提供测试减速机构刚度的方法.
Stiffness analysis, optimization and test verification are performed on a deceleratingmechanism. The effect of a pre-tensioning force of a ball screw and the gaps of each transmission pair isanalyzed, and the method of controlling the stiffness is analyzed, and a method for controlling factorsinfluencing the stiffness is proposed. The statics analysis of the decelerating mechanism is implementedby ANSYS, and a special testing device is designed and produced to test the stiffness of the deceleratingmechanism. The results indicate that, the design of the decelerating mechanism meets the stiffnessrequirement, and the method for testing the stiffness of decelerating mechanism is further provided.
