摘要 对地下连续墙施工中的混凝土绕流问题进行了原因分析,发现粉土、粉砂地层和防绕流钢板对地层的不适应是引起混凝土绕流的主要因素。针对这2个主要因素,采用性能匹配的泥浆,匀速抓土成槽,使用防绕流铁皮,解决了混凝土绕流的问题,避免了因混凝土绕流导致的修槽,节约了时间,保证了工期,同时大大降低了围护结构的渗漏风险。 The causes of concrete flowing around in underground diaphragm wall construction were analyzed. It was found that the main factors causing concrete flowing around were the silt or the sandy stratum and the maladjustment of the steel plate used for preventing flowing around. The methods adopted accordingly were using stickier slurry,grasping the soil with uniform velocity and using iron sheet to prevent flowing around. These solutions could avoid repairing grooves,save construction time and help meet deadlines of each project,while the leakage risk of the building envelope was greatly reduced.
