摘要
随着企业发展的多元化,所需加工的工件形状各异,结构也趋于复杂化和整体化。复杂的工件结构难以制定优质的工艺规划,使得加工过程变得非常复杂,给企业的数控技术发展带来了很大挑战。从复杂工件的多样特征角度出发,借助于特征的识别技术,对复杂工件的典型特征进行识别和分析,生成数控代码,有助于简化复杂工件的加工过程,提高劳动效率。
With the diversified development of enterprises,the required processing of different shapes, the structure is alsomore complex and integrated. The complex structure of theworkpiece is difficult to develop high-quality process planning,making the processing process is very complex, to the developmentof CNC technology has brought a great challenge. Starting from theperspective of various characteristics of complicated work, withthe help of feature recognition technology, the typical features ofcomplex workpiece recognition and analysis, NC code generationprocess helps to simplify the complicated work, improve workefficiency.
