水轮发电机组的运行稳定性,关系到水电站的发电效率和经济效益。混流式水轮机转轮正常运行时,会因为水利因素导致转轮叶片发生疲劳断裂或者出现裂纹,致使检修困难,且维护周期较长,过程繁琐。因此,水轮机转轮叶片的失效,对发电机组的运行具有非常深远的影响。
The operation stability of hydroelectricgenerating set is related to the efficiency and economic benefitof the hydropower station. When the Francis turbine runner runsnormally, it will cause the fatigue fracture or crack of the runnerblade, which will cause the maintenance difficulty, and themaintenance period is long, and the process is tedious. Therefore,the turbine runner blade failure, the operation of the generatingunit has a very fiar-reaching impact.
