摘要 本文介绍平面分流组合模的模具设计原则,讨论任意拉格朗日欧拉的基本原理与方程,分析型号QA4781建筑幕墙外框挤压模具。一方面分析模具设计方案;另一方面,利用Solid Works建立其上下模的三维图,并通过拉格朗日欧拉算法在Hyper Xtrude软件上进行模拟分析。最红,利用分析结果,对模具设计进行改进优化。 This paper introduces the principle of thedie design of porthole die, discussed the basic principle andequation of arbitrary Lagrange Euler model QA4781 analysis,building curtain wall frame extrusion die. On the one hand,analysis of the mold design program; on the other hand, the use ofSolidWorks to establish the three-dimensional map of the upperand lower modules, and through the Lagrange Euler algorithmin the HyperXtrude software simulation analysis. The most red,through the analysis of the results, to improve the mold design andoptimization.
