摘要
刀具磨损和破损给自动化加工带来诸多坏处。为保证加工系统的正常运行,需实时监控刀具磨损状态。回顾国内外刀具监控技术发展过程,分析刀具监控方法,阐述刀具监控中的关键技术及其发展趋势,最后指出刀具监测系统存在的问题,并提出相应对策。
Tool wear and damage to the automation ofmachining has brought many disadvantages. In order to ensure thenormal operation of the machining system, the tool wear conditionshould be monitored in real time. Reviewing the process of thedevelopment of domestic andforeign tool monitoring technology,monitoring and analysis method of cutting tool, this tool monitoringin key technology and its development trend, finally points out theexisting problems of tool monitoring system, and put forward thecorresponding countermeasures.
