摘要
作为数控机床最主要的功能部件,主轴的性能对加工中心的安全及精度起着决定性作用。本文对VDF-850立式加工中心的主轴结构进行详细分析,并采用丹麦必凯公司的检测装置完成对主轴的振动响应试验,进而判断引起主轴振动的振源。
As one of the most important parts of CNC machinetools, the performance of the spindle plays a decisive role in the safetyand precision of the machining center. Detailed analysis of the spindlestructure of VDF-850 vertical machining center, and the Danish havedetection device of Kay's vibration of the spindle response test, andthen determine the spindle vibration caused by vibration.
